Seller feedback (3,141,996)
- i***j (258)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived, but in Paperback not Hardback, despite being advertised as Hardback. I notified seller, emphasising I already had the book in Paperback so didn’t need a second in that form. Seller offered only a 50% refund. I remonstrated. Seller then processed full refund but without the courtesy of replying to my second message. It being unambiguously the seller’s mistake, dispatching the wrong item, I should not have been put in a position where I had to *argue* to get a full refund.
