    I'm sorry your box had a puncture in the side but that is not from us. This is from UPS&FEDEX being so rough with everything. We packaged everything nicely inside with protecting the tips will a lot of cardboard wrap, wrapped the hangers, and all ends of the tubing that didn't have a band clamp on them to protect them as well. From what I can tell your pipes have no damage in the pictures. I cannot control how the package is handled after it leaves here. Thank you for your business.
