    I COULD NOT USE FOR PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS. THIS WAS THE SECOND PHONE THAT I TRIED WITH THE SAME ISSUE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT NEVER RECEIVED. BROUGHT THE CARD INTO TMOBILE AND THEY SAID THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. RECOMMENDED THAT I CONTACT THE SELLER AND TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.

    Not true...This item is NOT a physical phone card ,,, as described it is a an ESIM activation that you must electronically install on phone yourself after we activate and that T-Mobile assigns cell number we message customer. Confirmation date/time and new T-Mobile number were messaged to customer. There is no card involved. Whatever CARD the customer is refering to is not something they purchsed from us.
