Seller wanted proof of listing as if I wasn’t telling the truth. Once package made it to US had to pay more money to get it delivered. The customer contacted us to lower the price. We agreed for her request, even though with the price reduction it meant no profit. As far as claims she made about "additional shipping charges" from DHL, that was a customs import tax and not an additional shipping charge.
