There was some surface rust on the plate that you secure to the case, but it does not interfere with performance - cosmetic only. I used them for an AI server (Debian server). Each card reported 10GB of RAM as advertised and drivers installed no problem so the cards are legit. They showed some signs of use (just a little bit of dust and rust as mentioned before), but that’s expected. For the price, this is a really good GPU.
