Package arrived and $7.68 was owed because seller didn’t pay the proper postage. I paid it and contacted the seller. They said they would refund $4 but it was the responsibility of buyer for all shipping costs. I said I paid the posted $10.57 for shipping it’s their responsibility to get the proper ship rates. Never received the $4 dollar credit, this seller needs to do better.
