The seller falsely claimed item was shipped and provided a non-working tracking number. After a WEEK he admitted his deception but was reluctant to give me a refund, accusing me of lacking in courtesy for requesting one so promptly; and was insisting I wait until it suited him. After messaging him multiple times he reluctantly refunded my money. Initially, he also berated me for making a counter offer, suggesting I was being disrespectful for not appreciating how generous his initial offer was.
