Slow to ship. Lied about already dropping it off, come on, I see the tracking. Took so long to arrive, won't buy from again.

You're 3500 miles from here across an international border. It absolutely left here on time, but ships by ground to the USA via our 3rd party shipping partner before tracking starts updating. It arrived within the timeframe shown to you at checkout, but I realize it does take longer than you may be used to if purchasing solely within the ConUS. This could have been explained by messages instead of just calling us 'liars' because it didn't meet your expectation for arrival.
