Models were packaged atrociously, the 5 models came in a single plastic bag without any separation between models and arrived in terrible condition, this is beyond pieces breaking off at old glue joints, the sword that broke off the center model isn't a piece you glue on, it's a piece of the torso. The biggest disappointment is the lack of care/effort in the packaging. It could've been avoided easily with a few more pieces of bubblewrap and someone caring about the customer and a good job.
