I'm sorry to hear about the delay with shipping. I did ship out your order immediately on May20, the same date you purchased it. The tracking number I provided shows that it's still in transit having just left Fayetteville, NC in route to Washington, DC. I completely understand your frustration with this exaggerated delay by the USPS but would like to ask you kindly to reconsider your negative feedback as it affects my small business and is unfairly misdirected at me.
