I purchased a teacup and saucer. The box the items were shipped in was a thin, Del Monte fruit box. The teacup was wrapped in bubble wrap and it arrived fine. However, the saucer was only light wrapped in thin brown paper and was broken in many pieces and shards. Seller contacted and was unwilling to refund, and instead stated she knew how to wrap things and has moved many times, seller then said how do I know you didn’t just drop it? So rather than trying to argue, I filed an eBay claim.
