I was so excited about receiving this beautiful purse only to be disappointed because the strap on it is about to tear off which is how it came I'm so upset you can't fix this my simply sewing it because it won't work I had an older one for years and this happened and I tried many times to repair it so now to receive what I thought was a new purse only to see that it's torn was super disappointing. I sure hope I get my money and shipping money back and unfortunately, I won't be ordering again.
