Bag was advertised as new with tags. I do believe the bag was new, I don't believe the tag was the correct tag. When I have previously purchased new Vera Bradley bags the tag indicates the style, pattern and code of the bag. This bag only had a looped on tag that said Vera Bradley. It could have come from any other bag.
