First it took forever to ship and ebay had to get involved to prompt them to ship. When it delivered, it was unsealed, date written on it in marker, missing bag of crystals (listing said NEW). Initially seller seemed helpful, I followed the steps they and ebay told me to do to return it for refund, but then they stopped cooperating and ebay had to get involved. I do not recommend this seller. I did give them a neutral rating rather than negative because I got my $ back with ebay's help.
