Although the buyer refunded me $11 out of the asking $15, I guess I’m ok with it. Bought a GI Joe listed as “no cracks” and it arrived with 2 big cracks in elbows. Seller said they weren’t aware. I really felt $15 was more fair, but $11 got me to neutral. Also, $10 shipping seems excessive when it costs me $4.86 to ship GI Joes.

The buyer stated that it would cost her $11 to replace the arms; thus, I offered exactly what was requested to replace the damaged arms. Finally, I always use cardboard boxes to ship figures, which explains the noted difference in shipping costs.
