And so that everyone understands what I'm talking about here: The items were paid for by the buyer on March 2nd, 2024 and sent by me on March 9th. They were then at US customs between March 17th and May 3rd. This means that my cameras were in customs for 3 weeks! And eBay had predicted that my cameras would arrive to the buyer on March 13th. And that even though I had shipped within the deadline specified by Ebay. And it wasn't until May 6th that my cameras actually arrived at the buyer's home

USA customs took their sweet time (not the seller's fault), but it finally got here, and all is well! Great communication throughout. Will buy from again!

Thank you for explicitly mentioning what the problem is with American customs. I think this is very important because many buyers believe eBay's prediction of when their package will arrive. And that is ALWAYS wrong when packages from Europe have to go through US customs. But the normal buyer doesn't know that according to US law, every customs officer has 45 working days to clear a package. It would save me a lot of unnecessary discussions if the ebay prediction of arrival times were better..
