The Tanica was shipped very fast and arrived in perfect condition with all its accessories. I was really pleased to be able to get this upgraded model – Tanica appliances generally seem almost impossible to get hold of, and even Amazon Japan won't ship them to the UK now. (That's where I bought my last one.) These are superb multi-purpose machines and worth every penny. I'm a happy customer!
