Hi Casey. Yes, we've been in constant contact with you and as I said in the last message, I set 2 replacements aside for you and have put in a trace request with the PO to locate it. If they are unable to find it, I'll refund you or send replacements, but just waiting to see if they can find it first. We sent in a timely manner.
