This item was promoted as "New" which one would assume this means complete. The nose piece is missing. I wrote to them expressing this & they want pictures which I cannot provide, but shouldn't have to. From their photo's I realize they did not take a shot showing this angel of the product, avoiding the fact this was already missing. I waited to write this review to see if they would respond with placement or compensation. To date I have not heard back.
