I have a complete collection of the same brand and this one was way shorter than the new ones I own. Seller blocked me as I think he saw me like a annoying customer. Yet I was just saying what was true. Despite that I wanted to buy more eyeliners from this seller I never could because he blocked me. The photo you sent is accurate of use for that period of time. Still I did inform you, that you were able to return the item. A return was apparently was not the solution you had hoped for, as you sent me messages demanding I send you everything from a new pencil, to a refund. If you bothered to actually return the item, instead of attacking a seller, you would have a refund by now. This is feedback extortion. The item was new when I sent it to you.
