The buyer reached out and I responded quickly. The chain didn't look tarnished to me otherwise I would not have listed it. I asked the buyer to send the item back for a FULL REFUND and they refused. They said they didn't want to pay shipping again. I said that I will pay that cost also but I need the item back in order for me to give the FULL AMOUNT paid PLUS the extra shipping cost because I want the item back. I thought that was more than fair and I wanted the buyer happy but the buyer said NO
