I received a refund after the order was indicated to have been delivered. You had to know days before the delivery day that the item had not even been shipped, so you should have sent a notice immediately. These products are hard to find and every day of delayed update to the buyer that you don't have the product and you need to cancel the order can potentially cause the buyer harm (either financial or to the plants that are waiting for the treatment). I consider this very inconsiderate.
