      I ordered a mouthpiece for a playing gig. The item was lost by the USPS. I asked for another to be shipped using either FedEx or UPS. They sent it again by the USPS on 12/11/24. As of 12/14/24 there were no updates on the second shipment. I asked for a refund. The seller always sent a reply to messages, but they weren't listening to their customer.
