The battery was weak and not much use although it was supposed to have been tested. I asked for a partial refund. This is the response I got:
"You are extremely rude, and there is no reason for me to respond or refund anything everything I sold you was perfectly fine you should not be harassing me while I am on vacation you even admitted in the first message you sent me that everything I sent you works perfectly fine"
I replied:
"I DID NOT say every worked fine" (no space for more characters)
