It’s stranded wire, not solid core as proper network cable should be especially for a 200ft run. Stranded cable is better suited for short patch cables, not long-distance installations. I’d recommend a solid core Cat6 instead if you need reliable performance. Yes, I cut the cable after noticing how thin it was and I’m glad I did. I would rather waste $20+ than trust my network on this cable.
