I am neutral, because the car was a total wreck. The car was as described in mint condition, but was broken in shipment. I have bought around 17 Franklin mint cars and 7 came damaged in shipping. In all cases the Cars were packed with care including this one. This is the first refund that I ask for axle broke in half from and rear bump broken off and front bumper broke in half. The sellers wrap them in tons of bubble wrap that was too tight and broke the bumpers off. This was packed careful

I always package my shipments with care and as safely as possible, I believe my positive feedback proves this. Sometimes items do break in shipment, no matter how well they are packaged. Full Refund was given and customer was allowed to keep the item.
