First the product arrived inside carton without ray ban case, noting the original case have two cases one carton and another leather in addition to a cloth.
The biggest problem is the damaged frame.
How can such bad product be sent through a huge site like yours? I hope you find a solution, it doesn’t logically to pay a large amount in addition to shipping cost, customs fees and taxes , and finally I receive a damaged product

So this individual ordered from Jordan international. 2 days After I shipped it tried to cancel the order. I said I can’t it’s been shipped. So she got upset even after I said you can return it. Now she’s claiming it’s damaged Go figure. You can see through my feedback that I take care of my customers.
