      Laptop had version of windows 11 which is no longer supported. Clearly not fit for purpose. Rather truculent and slow to grant refund.

      Buyer purchased a laptop with Windows 11 as described. After receiving it, they discovered it didn't support a specific newer upgrade they wanted. Unfortunately, compatibility depends on hardware, and only much higher-end models support that version. Buyer didn’t check this before purchase but was promptly refunded within 3 days. Feedback appears to reflect upgrade limitations rather than product or service quality.
