I ordered a Cuban box lock like the description says but I received a lobster clasp instead. Delivery takes forever as well.

as stated on the description 4mm comes with lobster lock, customer didn't ready properly. Customer ordered on May4th around 9pm we shipped very next day and customer received the goods May 10th.
