Listed as "New, never worn", l found the insoles were dirty and had a clear foot imprint. Contacted the seller and she was quite snarky and refused to accept that she provided false information in the listing. I was 3 days away from leaving for a trip to Europe and I needed them for the trip. My point being that I would have negotiated differently had I known they were used shoes and I was going to have to purchase new insoles. Buyers need to be aware that this Seller is less than honest.
