In, generally, good cosmetic condition all round, with some visible marks and/or scratches to the lid as seen in photos- although screens are nearly flawless, with no major damage, keyboard and touchpads are both good also. We have installed Windows 11 Pro and it has been digitally activated. As well as this, we have also installed the correct drivers and all updates so the laptop is ready to go. Battery is in 'GOOD' condition according to the bios so wont hold charge as long as a new one. No charger is included in the sale along with a 60 day warranty.”
