Item is not as described. In the description, it's clearly said that this item is brand new, unopened, and that's what I'm expecting but when it's arrived, it's definitely not. The box has been opened, and the seller just used clear tape to seal it back. There is no plastic wrap around it anymore. Please don't take your customer so lightly that they don't know what is an unopened box look like.
