The transaction and shipping went smoothly. I bought these "new" slippers to save a few bucks from Amazon price. However, the slippers were not exactly "new". To me "new" means never worn. These slippers were "near new". In good shape, without major wear, but it was evident that foot prints were on the bed of the slipper. They were in good shape, and that wasn't a concern, but it is hard to know if the memory foam is as resilient as expected in an unworn pair. I am keeping them anyway..
