Sent me nasty dark yellow whitestrips that reek like mildew so I attached a photo and messaged seller, requested refund, I offered to open all the whitestrips & send more photos, I offered to repackage them & "return to sender" with usps carrier - seller said no and has been totally difficult. He lectured me about how he has a business, insisted item is new & sealed, told me he'd get back to me today but hasn't. I asked ebay to step in. So I offered to write "return to sender" on the package and hand it to my mailman instead to send it back but you said NO. You send garbage to people and then cause more problems for them.
