Excellent seller! Unfortunately, the book I ordered had been sold at their brick-and-mortar shop before my order was placed, but were quick to alert me and they even offered to track down an identical copy and forward it to my address. They were very polite and apologetic, and could have simply issued a refund and moved on; but offering to find me another copy, buy it, and send it to me says a lot about how this store does business.
