The threaded portion of the hose did not seem to have a standard thread and I had to screw the new brake pipe end in with a spanner, very tight but seem to cut the thread successfully. Ideal having the securing braket supplied with the hose. This hose would be better if supplied with the correct threaded brake pipe end.
