Never received shipment was being held at facility due to fraud detection. Seller didn’t seem to care much and even said cause I opened a case they pretty much won’t do anything like I’m supposed to just wait around for weeks

I immediately issued a refund when the item didn't arrive due to an error with the shipping, and then the buyer demanded I send them the item for free anyway. They got upset when I told them there was no way for me to make the sale open again or solve their problem with a partial refund and still get them the item because instead of discussing it with me they immediately opened a case with eBay. Once you do that its impossible for me to continue the sale and look for a solution for you.
