    First off I have no way of knowing if you received the correct items or not as you returned a box of wadded up plastic bags instead of the items we shipped you. I would have immediately refunded you or gave you another item if I you had shipped back to me the 2 mascaras we shipped to you. I am sorry if your purchase didn't make you happy but don't try to blame us , I will give you another chance to return the mascaras we shipped to you for a refund or another item of your choice.
