item was not as described...dimensions are wrong. seller's description notes that measurements can vary because they're hand measured...makes no sense since the item is clearly machine printed. thus, the original schematic is the error. seller will ask you to take a partial (25%) refund and give the item to a friend as a gift. had to do the ridiculous back and forth on this multiple times to get a full refund for an incorrectly sized item.
