I would not purchase any product from TRIFOX. I bought a frame and the hanger derailleur broke off on my first ride which damaged my rims and caused me to fall and injure my wrist. I contacted seller regarding the issue and they were of no help. I wanted to just return the frame and get my money back but they refused to because they said their frame has no issues and it must have an issue on my side. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

We are sad that you are hurt. But judging from your picture, it is caused by a bike crash and is not covered by our warranty. Not long after you used our frame to assemble the entire bike, the frame hooks and the spokes of the wheel set were broken. It is impossible for normal riding to cause the spokes of the wheel set to break. Thanks for your understanding.
