Item arrived in a damaged bag wrapped box from China. Item was a bit damaged but don't think that has anything to do with it not working at all (not just not working as described). Had an odd exchange in broken English and never got an option to return the item for a refund though EBay closed the case and good luck getting in touch with them or PayPal . Save your cabbage, this won't shred it anyway.
