Bought this hat and it does not look as pictured. Costume quality. Had to order hat stiffener in hopes of making the hat look right. Asked to return as this is definitely not what I thought I was buying. I missed the “no returns” portion. So now I’m stuck with hats that I can’t use if the stiffener doesn’t work. Unless you’re using these for a Halloween costume, I wouldn’t waste your money. The seller did respond to my questions in a timely manner, but that is about the only positive.
