This is the second unit ordered from the same seller. In the first order, i had a great experience. For this order, the seller clearly sent me a returned unit. I received the unit with clearly broken seal. After examining the unit, there is a dead pixel which i guess the reason why it is a returned unit. Clearly you can not trust a seller selling you a returned item as new. Very bad experience and will not deal with such seller.

This item is brand new. It was just released and we don't even have "used" units yet, which we only sell on a listing clearly marked "Used" in both the title and description. This buyer's address is a freight forwarder, so it's likely they damaged the unit in their handling which is a common issue with freight forwarders including how often forwarders lose packages after delivery.
