Item damaged, seller blamed courier, offered partial refund? What's the use of a damaged item to me, then when I asked for return and refund - apparently eBay fault not generated label- asked for me to pay return! Seller saying they can't do a postage label as I'm international - what a joke this seller is.Absolute farce. Dispute opened for money back. Waste of space and my time!

i understand your frustration and i do apologize for the inconvenience. ebay is unable to generate the return label(they did not explain why) i am also unable to generate a shipping label from your country.i offered a partial refund since you do not want to send the item back. if you decide to return the item we will reimburse you for the return shipping label and the original cost. this item was also insured , you do have the ability to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
