Had a rough patch here and there as item didn't arrive and became very tardy. Seller was going to fix it but didn't, at first. Ebay stepped in and seller quickly fixed the order. I do recommend vendor use shipping boxes so as to protect the product(s). Seller sent air mattresses out in only the original box the mattresses came in. Not a recommended practice. Mattresses are okay but high degree of damage to their boxes during shipping.

BUYER BE WARE! This item did not arrive. I contacted the seller twice and they have yet to respond to my messages. This seller will respond to this negative feedback as if it was a shipping issue - package got lost. That is entirely false, DO NOT believe it. How eBay continues to allow a seller of this kind to resume selling is beyond me. Please take your business elsewhere. Someone shady like this doesn't deserve the support. I am waiting to contact eBay for a refund. Luckily its protected.
