Unfortunately this is the second time I have bought this item. In both cases they advertised an item that would a 11303 carbide insert. The item came using a smaller insert. I spoke polite to the seller without satisfaction. It appeared in my correspondence that the seller was using the language as an excuse for not understanding the problem. Never again buying from this seller
