First, before the seller can call me "mental" which is what he does when he gets a bad review or is dishonest, is shamful. I, believed this seller, and his reviews. However, I did not receive the item in the description he posted. It was a defective necklace. I simply let him know and asked for a return. He chastised me, was rude and, actually pretty horrible. He told me to open a "return" but I am not able to b/c he does not allow returns. Then why suggest this? Not happy with this seller.

Ebay allows anyone to open a return even if the seller does not accept returns. She messaged several days after delivery and started threatening me and being extremely rude. If that is how she talks to people then she has a sad life. I admitted my mistake and told her she can open a return for a full refund and she refused because she wanted to keep the item and wanted it for free. If you weren't so rude I wouldn't have been rude back. She only buys cheap costume jewelry and expects to hold up.
