    I returned an item I bought for $69.99 after paying $4.95 shipping. Seller charged $15 for return shipping—far above my original cost and their likely discounted rate. Listing said buyers pay return shipping but didn’t specify an amount. Charging this excess feels unfair and unethical. I recommend clearer return-cost disclosure or charging actual postage.

    We do not charge shipping fess in any way. No shipping fee on delivery, no shipping fee to return. You did not pay $4.95 for shipping. You did not pay $15 to return the item. We did take a small deduction on arrival as eBay allows us to do. It was less than $15. Please contact eBay if you do not like their policy. Please be truthful in your feedback going forward.
