Rückgabe nur innerhalb 14 Tage im gelieferten unbenutzten Zustand ohne Beschädigungen möglich. Eine Rückgabe kann ausnahmslos nur beim noch nicht in Betrieb genommenen Zustand erfolgen. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments after our goods are back at our premises, which we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. It is hereby expressly pointed out once again that the buyer - consumer - with registered office worldwide is obliged to bear the return costs for ordered goods in accordance with § 357 Para. 6 BGB (German Civil Code). This principle applies regardless of the price of the purchased goods and the reason for return.

Return is only possible within 14 days in the delivered unused condition without damage. Without exception, a return can only be made if the product has not yet been put into operation. After operation or use, a return is of course no longer possible, as use or damage and thus the original delivered condition can no longer be guaranteed.

The return costs shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with § 357 para. 6 BGB from 2014.
