Seller initiated a refund of $258.00aud for an item that cancelled. The advertisement listed the item as in stock however it seemed this company is advertising items that are not in stock, very disappointing. Not to mention the ebay system showing they had issued a refund, but the reality was that the funds did not get returned to my bank account as per my bank statement, even after communication with this seller via two emails.
